2. Data we collect

When you fill out the form to download the CX × AI Playbook or other resources, we process:

• Name
• Company
• Email address
• Sign-up date and source (page or campaign)

3. Purpose and legal basis

We process your data to (i) send you the resource requested, (ii) send you occasional communications with Human Tech content and news and (iii) reply to your inquiries.

The legal basis is your explicit consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR), given when you tick the form's consent box.

4. Retention

We keep your data until you withdraw consent or request deletion. You can unsubscribe at any time from the link in every email or by writing to hola@coffeewithjj.com.

5. Recipients and processors

Your data is stored in Supabase (Lovable Cloud infrastructure) and email delivery tools (Lovable Emails / Mailgun) are used to send the resources. Both act as data processors under appropriate GDPR contracts. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.

6. International transfers

Some providers may process data outside the EEA under Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

7. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability at any time by writing to hola@coffeewithjj.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

8. Cookies

This site uses only technical cookies necessary for it to work. We do not use advertising tracking cookies.

9. Changes to this policy

Any material change will be published on this page, updating the date in the header.
